Qabbana & Co follows a no-refund policy. We place great attention on making sure we send you the right product that you ordered. Each order goes through our strict quality control protocols. We want our customers to be confident and happy once they receive our products and for that, we put great effort in. All the images of our products are real-time images taken by our own team so you will be delivered exactly the same thing as you ordered. However, as we are humans and errors are to be expected, despite our rigorous quality protocols, we are here to help you with your order.
We hardly miss a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control protocols before shipping the order. If we did, don’t worry we got you covered. Contact us right away mentioning your order number and a picture of the product and our team will get back to you immediately. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and after our team approves your claim we will send you the replacement or give you store credit depending on the availability of the product.
You will be required to send the faulty item back to us with the original packing for your claim to be processed but don’t worry we will cover the cost of shipping in that case.
It’s very rare that we ship you a different item than what you have ordered. But if that’s the case send us your order number and picture of the product on our email or DM us on Instagram and we will send you the right item right away once your claim is processed.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
